There are many cool features to the Online Customer Account Portal, including being able to customize your own lawn service plan at any time throughout the seasons! To do so, after logging in to your Online Account, you will automatically be directed to your Online Account’s “Home” page. Once you arrive at the “Home” page, you will see the services you are signed up for in the current year listed near the bottom of the page, as shown in the screenshot below:
Next, click on drop down arrow next to your service. If we have already completed a service, the date will be seen in the “Completed On” columns, as shown in the screenshot below. When you click on the name of the service(s) under the “Description” column, you will be directed to a copy of our Service Summary Report. This Report is provided by our technicians after each service you receive from us and is there to provide you with Service Notes from our certified technicians, as well as a summary of the services we provided you and the products we had applied to your lawn upon that visit. When you click on the date of the service(s) provided under the “Completed On” column, you will be directed to a copy of your Invoice for that service.
Sometimes our certified technicians will recommend a service for your property, which will be stated on your Service Summary Report if there is a recommendation for you. If you would like to add the service that is being recommended to you, or if you would just like to add on another service for the current service year, located the “Services” tab at the top of the page. Once you have arrived here, click on the Services Menu and click on the service you would like to sign up for.
Now you are on your few last steps of adding the service to your cart and checking out! Your screen will display as shown below. Click “Add to Cart”.
Click on the “Contact Me” button, as shown in the image below, and then click “Confirm”.
*Important Note: You do not have to pay for these services up front! If you would like to pay ahead of time, you certainly can. Otherwise, we will provide the service to you and hang an invoice on your door for you to pay within 30 days after we are finished providing you the service.
Once you have completed these steps, we will approve the services to be added to your existing account, and we will send an email to let you know the service has been successfully added. If you would like a phone call instead, just write that in the Comments section.
